Which program suits you best, depends on your target destination, as each program is being offered by a specific airline. For example, Mabuhay Miles is offered by Philippine Airlines. But it is also possible to redeem flights of the partner airlines.

Suggestion is based on flight route. For instance, SQ does not make sense if you are flying to east asia, as it would involve a layover in Singapore.

In general, I would suggest sticking to SQ and CX because

  1. It is 2 of the most common FFP redemption across all credit cards
  2. Each are member of the biggest airline alliances – Star and oneworld

PR’s reach is quite limited as it is not member of any alliance, which restricts the award redemption to PAL’s destination only. It would only make sense to pool miles here if travelling mostly local, or nearby countries.
